FREE Shipping and Handling

Domestic (and US Territories)
We now offer FREE SHIPPING and returns for all orders over $50 (before tax). No matter how many shoes or accessories you purchase, you can still qualify for free shipping. Please note that orders received after 2pm EST will be processed on the following business day so, please factor that in when selecting delivery service. Instock orders ship UPS Ground and arrive in -5 business days. UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. If multiple orders are placed, they may be shipped separately to allow for prompt delivery.

Shoes - FREE for all orders over $50. (Otherwise $12.)
Accessories - FREE for all orders over $50. (Otherwise $8.)

Shipping Upgrades:
UPS 2nd Day Air - $27 plus $3 per additional item
UPS Next Day Air - $37 plus $5 per additional item

For packages sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories, we no longer charge a $15 surcharge. However, these packages will ship via the US Postal Service and may take up to 2 weeks to receive.

International (including Canada)
Our international shipping and handling rates are listed below. Please note that our fees do not include any VAT taxes or Import duties that may be assessed. SimplySoles ships packages FOB (Free on Board) and as such, is not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. Any and all claims should be filed by the customer directly with the carrier. Additionally we apologize that our free shipping on exchanges and returns does not apply to international customers, and apologize for the increase in International shipping rates because of the increase in the price of oil.

One item- US $45
Two or more items- $10 additional charge per item

Washington DC Residents
We love working in the District, but unfortunately because of it, we have to charge you sales tax on merchandise and shipping charges for all Washington, DC deliveries.
