I love my purchase of the lug sole ballet flat. The quality was great and the leather is super soft. That said they run big so I was unable to keep the shoe. Customer service is timely and the return was easy. I would have happily exchanged but they didn't have my size.
This is my second pair of these shoes - I wore the first pair to death they were so comfortable and, as I suffer from osteoarthritis the lug soles keep me stable and are a godsend. I now only buy shoes from Simply Soles or Paul Meyer.
