HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE
- Please go to simplysoles.loopreturns.com to print your prepaid return label. (US orders only) Use of this label will deduct $9.00 from your return.
- Please include your order # inside your package upon return.
Your return will be processed within 7–14 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification when the credit has been issued.
How to Exchange:
If you would like to exchange an item, please print your return label and process your exchange here: simplysoles.loopreturns.com
We will process and mail your exchange free of charge pending inventory availability. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

- Final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.
- The merchandise must be in its original condition, in its original box or packaging and unworn.
- You have 14 days from the time your order was received to return almost any SimplySoles purchase for a refund, as long as your purchase is still in saleable condition with tags attached. While we cannot accommodate every return, we value you and will always be reasonable. We ask that you do the same.
